Mount Pleasant Environment Centre and Recreate are community-led spaces where people can learn, connect, create and take action for the environment.

 

Through our community nursery, gardens, workshops, environmental projects and creative reuse initiatives, we support practical, local approaches to sustainable living. We believe everyone has a role to play in caring for the places we live, and we work to create opportunities for people to build skills, share knowledge and contribute to a thriving community.

 

Located on the corner of Phillis Street and Showground Terrace in Mount Pleasant, the Centre and Recreate Creative Reuse Shop are open Wednesday to Saturday, 10am–3pm.
